Project Terms
I offer a free, initial consultation for each project.
Afterward, a design retainer is due to develop the design, contract, budget, and timeline.
A non-refundable project retainer, in amount of 1/3 of the budget, is due to begin work,
followed by 1/3 upon 50% completion, with the final 1/3 balance due upon installation.
